I cannot begin to thank you enough for your excellent service, clear communication and quick turn around time in working with my hard drive.
Originally, I had gone through Micro Center’s Disk Recovery. They were unable to access anything at all. Basically I was told that there was no hope.
After that, I took the hard drive to Disk Doctors. They found that they were in fact able to recover the information still contained on the hard drive – but for a rather large price. Not being able to afford their rates, since I am an individual and not a corporation, I looked elsewhere.
That is where you and your company enter the picture. Not only did a real technician meet with me to explain how and what was going to happen, something not available at Disk Doctors, but you diagnosed the issue and responded back within 48 hours. Disk Doctors took over a week to respond, after promising to within 48 hours. I eventually had to call them.
The icing on the cake though was the quote. You were able to recover the information on the hard drive at half the price I was quoted at Disk Doctors. Amazing.
While I hope to never have to go through a crashed hard drive again, rest assured, I will call you first.

I had a broken laptop screen. Accuserv ordered a new screen & replaced it within a matter of days of my drop off date.

I got a quote from Accuserv off of thumbtack.com for about $170 & the price I ended up paying was about $60 more. I was told this was because the labor took longer which is understandably. They did say, however, that I was not charged for the full time which could have cost me an extra $30. I talked with the same woman the three times I came in & she was very good about explaining the full process. She was also very courteous & a generally nice person. If something happens to my laptop or other electronics, I will use Accuserv.
Accuserv was very helpful and professional throughout my data recovery project. Staff explained each step precisely and were very responsive to my needs all at a reasonable price. Accuserv had access to recovery tools that my large company did not have in-house. I would definitely recommend their services!

Referred by a friend to AccuServ when my 40" Samsung LCD HDTV wouldn't power on. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 1 business day. They're friendly, competent and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to drop another project their way.

AccuServ saved my bacon again! On Wednesday 07-13-11 my computer greeted me with the dreaded UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_DRIVE blue screen. I called AccuServ in Mission, Kansas, since I'd had very good service from them before. They offered same day service and local pickup. The local pickup saved a lot of time and driving, and since I'm disabled, that was extremely helpful. They charge a very reasonable fee for same day service. They found a rootkit virus which had shut my computer down. If you don't know what a rootkit is, count your blessings! It is one of the most difficult viruses to get rid of there is. They got it cleaned out and had it done in one day. The price was very reasonable, the service great, and the people highly professional. I will use them again, and recommend them highly. My experience with Accuserv was nothing but pleasant from the beginning. I was told up front what they could do under different secanrios, depending on the out come of their analysis of my computer's problem. They delivered everything that they said they would and Brian went out of his way to save me money. I wound up spending less than I would have, had Accuserv not been honest and forthright. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and this has been a very pleasant experience all around. Not an easy task when dealing with a dead desktop. I will definetely avail myself of their services again and highly reccomend them.

AccuServ came out to the home. Diagnosed the problem. They called a few days later and said, ' Sony no longer has the part available." They gave me a number to call at Sony's. Low and behold, I'm getting a brand new television from Sony.
Thank you so much for your incredible help. You certainly didn't need to spend much time with me, but you did anyway. If anyone ever asks if you know a good TV repair company, I will totally recommend AccuServ! You guys ar awesome!

Accuserv Repairs old receivers and Venerable (read "Classic", "reputable", and "Heavy") Open-reel tape decks to where they work as the engineers for saw them working back in the days of Carter's Presidency (and sometimes earlier). They stand behind their work. I refer my friends to them and the friends are quite happy. I am a third or fourth time customer. They recognize me when I walk in the door (who the heck else has 11 Open-Reel decks in Johnson County?). and their location makes their "Fleeing out the back" when I walk in the front, impossible. They also teach lessons in humility. Replacing solidified gobs of silicone gel is tedious painstaking work. But IT CAN BE DONE.
