mail your unit in to us for repair. Our talented technicians can
repair just about anything, and you can rest assured that your unit
will be given the same great care you would expect if you carried
it in yourself.
The process is
simple:
- Print the Mail-in Form
and complete the information on it.
- If paying by check,
call us for more information. Otherwise, we'll call you for payment
information when we receive the unit.

NOTE: If the unit is
battery-powered, be sure to include your battery and AC
adapter.
What you can expect
from us:
- If you need your
equipment back more quickly, request our Same Day Service. We will
expedite the process and give you a call back either the day we
receive the unit (if it comes in before 10am) or the next day (if
it comes in after 10am). We'll let you know what is wrong
with the unit and give you an estimate of the cost and general
timeframe for the repair.
- If the repair is not
a rush, you will receive a call within 5-10 days from our receipt
of the unit with what is wrong and an estimate of what the repair
will cost and when the repair will be
complete.
- When the repair is
done, we will call you with the final balance due and arrange for
shipping the unit back.
